Amazing!
Before I downloaded this app I was super stressed all the time & couldn't get much done. A week after downloading it I pinpointed the areas in my life that were causing the most stress, attacked them & then attacked life!! Also the quotes are sick 👌
Helpful
This app is like a mobile diary that only takes a few minutes a day. It is great way to look back on my stress levels later which helps me see what's been stressful. I really like the suggestions the app gives and quotes everyday.
Great app!
Just downloaded this app and already learned so much about stress and have a better understanding of dealing with it. Some people, like myself, don't realized they're stressed as much as they are and the little advise cards that pop up after a log are so helpful! I also love the sleek and easy to navigate design, highly recommend!
